01 / AREAS OF WORK

Systems with substance.

From research infrastructure to business processes: translating domain requirements into reliable software.

RESEARCH DATA & METADATA

Making data discoverable and reusable

Validation, conversion and publication of metadata through stable APIs. DOI and DataCite workflows connect domain rules with reusable data.

JavaSpring BootAngularDataCite
Technical context

Clear boundaries between domain logic, interfaces and presentation; automated tests for mapping, validation and registration.

BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Supporting business processes

Web applications for personnel, administration, inventory, accounting and hotel operations. Roles and permissions, data models and clear workflows make complex processes manageable.

Technical context

Separated backend and frontend structures; unit, feature and UI tests cover domain rules, access control and mobile workflows.

PLATFORMS & INTEGRATION

Building reusable foundations

Structuring components, forms, data access and integrations so new features can be built consistently and existing systems can evolve.

TypeScriptAngularSOAP / RESTi18n
Technical context

Replaceable data sources, strict typing, localized interfaces and quality gates with Jest, Playwright and CI.

MODEL-BASED TESTING

Testing technical systems

Toolchains for model-based testing of embedded systems in automotive and aerospace; modeling and automation with MATLAB/Simulink.

04 / ABOUT

Good software stays understandable.

I work where domain requirements, data and software architecture meet.

My focus is on making research data discoverable and reusable through reliable interfaces following FAIR principles — including as a basis for AI-supported analysis. I work closely with researchers and use architecture principles where they improve testability, maintainability and a system's ability to evolve.

My approach: model domain rules explicitly, keep components clearly separated, and cover critical paths with unit, API and end-to-end tests.
